The class is held in the infant hall which is accessible off the Allesley Old Road side entrance by the statues. There is parking available beside the hall.
What do I need to bring?
The Coventry Tai Chi classes are run on a week by week basis - there is no need to sign up for a block of classes, just come along when you are ready.
There is no special equipment required for the Tai Chi classes - just wear loose comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement and some flat bottomed shoes.
Beginners are always welcome.
